Activities Assistant / Enrichment Coordinator- Assisted Living & Memory Care

(1 to 2) PART TIME Openings- Weekends- 9:30a to 4:30 p.m. and/OR Evening- 6-9PM

All hours and positions are permanently scheduled so you can plan ahead for vacations and personal time! If you are a PRN/As needed team member, you can pick up the shifts that work for your schedule. It is up to our team members if they want to pick up additional shifts beyond their agreed hours. Our live scheduling software makes it easy to see what is your schedule for the week, and what is available if you want some extra hours!

This position is responsible for building and supporting meaningful relationships with our residents that will allow residents to grow regardless of their age or physical or cognitive abilities. The Activities Assistant for our memory care neighborhood, Encore, has the privilege of creating and implementing activities that are designed to support our residents' intellectual, spiritual, social, and physical abilities while creating a fun, positive, creative, and inspirational atmosphere for our residents and team members.

We are looking for a fun, creative, supportive, and flexible individual interested in having fun with our older adults by creating purposeful events.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Education: Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma.
Experience: On-the-job training provided for those passionate to support older adults.
Drivers License required to drive our bus (if applicable)
Experience in senior-living or related industry preferred.
Experience as an activities assistant preferred.
