JOB SUMMARY:

The On-Site Supervisor will possess an advanced level of knowledge, skill, and ability on general aircraft system maintenance repair and modification and oversee day-to-day maintenance tasks such as modification, testing, removal, repair, and installation of aircraft parts and components.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Minimum of one (1) years’ experience directly supervising or leading personnel in a Government Contractor, Military, or Civil Service maintenance capacity.
• Solid, demonstrated ability to work well with others, especially within small, close workforce, good interpersonal communication skills are highly desired.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, be able to acquire and maintain any and all necessary security clearances and be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for the timely completion of tasks assigned to personnel IAW appropriate planning, scheduling, and technical documents.
• Ensure that there is supervision/work lead supports in each work area for daily work assignments and that employees are available for work daily.
• Handle emergency time-off requests/absences and manage manpower requirements in all work areas.
• Prepares required reports, as instructed.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform other related duties, as required.

• Often – Climbing, Stooping, Kneeling, Reaching, Standing, Sitting, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Talking, Hearing, Seeing
• Lifting/Moving Requirements – up to 50 pounds

ENVIRONMENTAL/WORK CONDITIONS:

• Normally works in and outside of environmentally controlled areas
• Exposure to loud noises
