What are the responsibilities and job description for the Player’s Club Representative position at The Big Easy Casino?
- Interacts effectively with a diverse group of guests and team members, learns and uses operating practices of the department.
- Greets guests with professionalism and a friendly smile.
- Handles Players Club enrollment, account balance inquiries and explanation of programs and events.
- Is responsible for data entry of new Player’s Club cards for enrollees.
- Distributes promotional items per instructions.
- Assists marketing staff on special promotions when necessary.
- When unable to handle a complaint, calls supervisor or shift manager in order to resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Solicits guest feedback by direct interaction.
- Acts immediately on any guest complaint to ensure that corrections are made.
- Maintains confidentiality of guest and company information.
- Uses sound judgment and makes good decisions in accordance with established comp guidelines.
- Fully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies, and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma.
- 2 years of previous customer service or hospitality experience. Casino experience preferred.
- Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
- Must have strong customer service abilities.
- Must be able to work with the team.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
Salary : $18
