Description of Duties for Barista:
- Greets guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Processes payments, handles all cash and credit transactions
- Takes customer orders, prepares orders and cashes customers out.
- Multi-tasks several orders at once.
- Assists team members when not busy.
- Answers general customer inquiries as needed.
- Order and maintain levels of pastries, coffee, tea, and other supplies needed
- Proper cleaning and maintaining of coffee machines and coffee pots.
- All other duties as needed.
Description of Duties for Food and Beverage Cashier:
- Greets guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Processes payments, handles all cash and credit transactions
- Knows all table numbers, stations and floor plans
- Takes customer orders and cashes customers out.
- Multi-tasks several orders at once.
- Assists team members when not busy.
- Answers general customer inquiries as needed.
- All other duties as needed
Qualifications for Barista & Food and Beverage Cashier:
- High School Diploma.
- 2 years of previous experience working as a Cashier.
- 1 years of previous Barista experience is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong cash handling experience.
- Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be flexible to work required department hours.
