Sales Merchandiser

Job Title: In-Market Sales Merchandiser

Status: Non-Exempt

Location: Beckley, Fayetteville and surrounding areas

The Beverage Market is looking for a motivated, energetic individual to join our team! As an In-Market Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for stocking, rotating, refilling displays, and putting up Point of Sale as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Merchandising various large format, convenience stores, chain accounts, etc.,
• Stocking coolers, hot shelfs, and displays with the appropriate product & package,
• Rotating product based on expiration date and Molson Coors Rotation Standards,
• Re-Stocking displays in various locations at In-Market Accounts,
• Putting up various Point of Sale pieces included but not limited to: shelf tags, signage, casecards, display pieces,
• Communicating with Sales Representative & Territory Manager at In-Market Accounts,
• Introducing and communicating with Account Managers when merchandising, and
• Any additional tasks assigned by Territory Manager.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, Attention to Detail and Motivating skill set.
• Thorough understanding of applicable West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control policies.
• Thorough understanding of Beverage Market and Molson Coors Standards.
• Must have valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Merchandising experience- PREFERRED.
