The Best Wrestler is more than a wrestling club. Our mission is to serve and develop people so that we can live in a better world.

What started with private lessons and one wrestling room has grown into an organization with locations across the United States and internationally, camps, international wrestling trips, partnerships, fundraising initiatives, and athletes competing at every level of the sport.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who can help us tell our story, stay organized, connect our locations, and get more people involved.

THE POSITION

We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Coordinator to work directly with President Georgi Ivanov and alongside our department leaders.

This person will help bring everything together. You'll support marketing efforts for membership growth and retention, camps and events, international trips, TBW locations and partnerships, athlete and team results, and fundraising/community initiatives.

You won't be expected to do everything alone. We already have people leading these areas. Your job is to work with them, understand what's happening, and help make sure we're consistently communicating and promoting it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Content & Social Media: Create and schedule posts, basic graphics, reels and videos; share athlete and team results; engage with our online community; and collect stories from TBW locations.

• Help Us Grow: Support campaigns that fill camps and international trips, attract new members, retain current families, promote new locations, and highlight major accomplishments.

• Support TBW Locations: Build relationships with partner coaches, collect their stories and results, help promote their programs, and keep locations connected to the larger TBW organization.

• Stay Organized: Participate in weekly meetings, maintain a marketing calendar, schedule content, follow up with department leaders, and keep projects moving.

We don't expect perfection. We expect communication, effort, organization, and follow-through.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous wrestling experience is strongly preferred. Maybe you wrestled in high school or college.

Maybe your competitive career recently ended and you're figuring out what's next. If wrestling has been a major part of your life and you'd love to build a career while staying involved in the sport, this could be a great fit.

• Excited about wrestling, growth and helping people.

EXPERIENCE

Experience with marketing, social media, photography, video, Canva, CapCut, email marketing, websites or sports promotion is helpful — but you don't need to be an expert in all of them.

A degree in marketing, communications or sports management is welcomed, but not required. We're more interested in finding the right person than checking every box on a résumé.

COMPENSATION

Full-Time Salaried Position: $40,000–$50,000 annually, depending on experience and ability.

Some travel and occasional evening or weekend work may be required around tournaments, camps, events and international trips.
