HR Coordinator
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday
Type: Hourly, Non-Exempt
About the Role: We’re looking for an HR Coordinator who thrives in a growing, fast paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, people-focused, and excited to help build systems (not just follow them). You’ll work closely with the HR Director, leadership and employees to keep things running smoothly as we grow.
What You’ll Do
- Onboarding and offboarding (paperwork, background checks, system access, etc.)
- Keep employee records accurate, organized, and up to date
- Post jobs, coordinate interviews, and help manage candidates through the hiring process
- Be a go-to resource for employee questions around policies, PTO, and benefits
- Support compliance-related documentation and audits
- Help build and improve HR systems, workflows, and internal processes
- Create and organize HR reports, trackers, and internal communications
- Jump in where needed. We’re expanding, so flexibility matters
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or people operations
- Someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Someone who enjoys structure and problem-solving
