Company: Fast Growing Roofing Company specializing in storm damaged roofing issues

Position: Field Sales Trainee (Roofing)

Immediate Hiring! We are hiring motivated sales reps ready to step into a rewarding home improvement career! No roofing sales experience required – just bring your sales background, strong work ethic and willingness to learn! We provide full training.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience (roofing sales experience is a plus)
  • Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing neighborhoods
  • Comfortable climbing a ladder and performing inspections

Responsibilities:

  • Canvass storm damaged neighborhoods and identify homes with storm damaged roofing
  • Perform roof inspections
  • Educate homeowners with insurance restoration and complete necessary paperwork

Compensation:

  • Earn $150,000 to $350,000 per year (Top reps can earn from $450K-$900K per year)
  • Full training
