Position: Sales Representative (Field Sales)
We are expanding our sales team, and we are hiring motivated Sales Representatives and Trainees. No roofing sales experience required – we train the right people.
Responsibilities
- Canvass local neighborhoods to identify homes with potential storm damage
- Perform simple roof inspections
- Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
- Complete basic paperwork and documentation
Requirements:
- Previous Sales Experience (roofing sales experience is a plus)
- Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing neighborhoods
- Comfortable climbing a ladder and performing inspections
Position Offer:
- $100K to $250K per year (top reps exceed this!)
