OverviewWe are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all clients, setting the tone for a welcoming, smooth, and professional experience from the moment they arrive. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment throughout the shop. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Front Desk OperationsWarmly greet all clients upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and acknowledged.Offer beverages and ensure clients are comfortable while they wait.Manage check-in and check-out procedures with professionalism and accuracy.Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointment details, wait times, or any service updates.Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and handle scheduling or inquiries as needed. Shop Cleanliness & PresentationKeep the reception area spotless, including wiping down countertops, surfaces, and seating areas throughout the day.Perform periodic bathroom checks and wipe down bathroom surfaces to maintain cleanliness and ensure supplies are stocked.Maintain general shop tidiness to uphold a professional and inviting environment. Support for Service OperationsPrep, heat, and restock hot towels for service providers.Manage laundry: wash, dry, fold, and properly store towels and linens.Assist the team by keeping common areas organized and supplies replenished.Monitor product displays and retail areas, ensuring items are neatly arranged and clean. Professionalism & Team CollaborationMaintain a calm, courteous, and service-focused attitude at all times.Communicate with team members about client arrivals, needs, or flow of the day.Support the overall operation of the shop by anticipating needs and proactively addressing tasks that enhance the client experience. Job Types: Part-time, Temp-to-hirePay: $18.04 - $28.00 per hour
