What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food and Beverage Supervisor Outside position at The Berkshire Country Club?
The Berkshire Country Club is looking to add to our amazing team of hospitality professionals. We are a private member owned Country Club, located just outside of Reading, that offers multiple recreational activities, dining experiences and Club events.
We are currently hiring an Outdoor Food and Beverage Supervisor who is passionate about the food and beverage industry.
What you will be doing.
Oversee the daily outdoor food and beverage operations at the Pool and Halfway House.
Ensure exceptional service and quality standards are met.
Enforce food safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Address members and guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Must be willing to work all positions in the department.
What we require.
High school diploma or equivalent
A neat, clean and well-kept appearance.
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of food production process, catering services, beverage service and fine dining standards.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on member satisfaction.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Stong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
