Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Psychology, or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in LMS Administrator Role, HRIS, or Human Resources Coordinator
- Prior LMS administrator experience with Workday and SuccessFactors is preferred
- Expert level in Microsoft Office skills (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, PowerPoint, Excel, Forms, OneNote, Teams, Word, Copilot)
- Proven track record in leveraging and analyzing data using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, graphs, and advanced Excel formulas
- Ability to develop complex spreadsheets and administer systems with exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and other e-learning/course authoring tools
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting time-sensitive deadlines; adaptable and responsive to shifting priorities and changing assignments
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, dependable work ethic, and flexibility to ensure effective outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel 5-10%. May including some overnight trips.
Responsibilities:
- Provides Success Factors/Workday Learning Management System (LMS) support by assigning compliance and regulatory mandatory courses for global and other audiences. Manage LMS completions and corrections of courses for clients
- Responsible for scheduling LMS course offerings, setting up assignment profiles, creating e-learning content, and reporting set up
- Troubleshoot the LMS system, as needed for course errors
- Partners with HR and other LMS administrators to create, redesign or automate existing custom reports using advanced Excel reporting skills. Fulfills various ad-hoc reporting requests
- Design and maintain multiple Talent Development SharePoint sites (EMPower, Talent Development, Performance Management) and digital file management
- Create surveys using MS Forms and analyze results using tools like MS Excel and Power BI
- Audit data within Workday, SuccessFactors, and other systems to ensure data integrity
- Advertise public workshops, leadership development programs, and other initiatives utilizing Viva Engage
- Track attendees and acceptance/declines for leadership courses using advanced Excel reporting skills and the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Direct invoices for processing; create and submit expense reports
- Provide logistical and administrative support for Talent Development leadership and coaching programs
- Coordinate and manages breakfast, lunch, and dinner arrangements for leadership development programs
- Demonstrate a commitment to ethical best practices and confidentiality, following all data privacy regulations and guidelines
