What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets, tracking material transfers, invoices, and yard logs
- Assist in inventory management by reconciling yard stock and performing physical and system-based audits
- Coordinate and execute physical movement of materials, including operating heavy equipment for load-ins and load-outs
- Collaborate with operations to fulfill inventory orders and prioritize delivery schedules
- Process material into the yard, recordkeeping, and preparing well summaries
- Support yard inspections, repairs, and handling warranty or replacement processes
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and seamless communication across teams
- Travel to field locations and vendor sites as needed
- High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s in Business or related field preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in Oil & Gas supply chain management preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt quickly
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform physical tasks
- Self-directed with a keen eye for detail
- Experience with casing, tubing, and production/wellhead equipment
- Familiarity with yard management systems and inventory software
- Prior experience working in a fast-changing environment within the energy sector
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Minimum of one year in Oil & Gas supply chain or warehouse management
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule including weekends
- Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities with short notice
- Valid travel authorization; ability to travel to field locations and vendor sites
