Required Skills:
- Associate's degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of oil and gas industry experience
- Proven gas lift experience, including familiarity with beam, gas lift, and ESP wells
- Compressor operation experience
- Basic computer proficiency and SCADA system familiarity
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent safety awareness and adherence to protocols
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with oil and gas regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of environmental safety practices
- Advanced computer skills or certifications
- Prior leadership or mentorship experience in field operations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of hands-on field experience in well maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting within the oil and gas sector
Other Requirements:
- This position is safety-sensitive and subject to random drug and alcohol screening
- Willingness to work a 7/7 rotation schedule
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
