Overview
Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by Contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with Company specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Facilitates effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines that align with the team's goals, objectives, and procedures. Assures accurate and timely communication among the team and other company Functions on discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues. In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

- Brownfield Facilities Engineer providing operations support and surveillance for existing assets
- Lead individual small projects to completion
- Debottleneck new production volumes / batteries when needed
- Close out potential Safety & Risk hazards through engineering actions
- Minimize downtime for existing assets, optimize production at existing assets
- 5 years' experience in Oil & Gas Facilities Engineering
- Manage MOCs drawings, purring together scope of work, bill of materials (Oil & Gas Industry). Midland Basin facilities, process engineering.
- Experience in red-lining documents and P&ID proficiency
- Small and medium sized project management skills
- Extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices suite of software programs
- Read, write and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, with a focus on facilities or plant engineering
- Willingness to travel to Big Lake as needed
- Valid driver’s license and personal transportation (or acceptability of provided allowances)
- Ability to commit to a 6-month initial contract with potential for extension
