Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SCADA systems for troubleshooting and monitoring field operations
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in isolations and control valves
• Ability to read and understand facility operations
• Troubleshooting and maintenance skills related to pipelines, SWD, pigging, and flow meters
• Ability to work collaboratively with foremen and maintenance teams
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination
  
  

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience with spill prevention and injection rate optimization
• Knowledge of facility compliance standards
• Basic proficiency with report checking, variance analysis, and rate monitoring
• Experience with SCADA system setup or advanced troubleshooting
  
  

Preferred Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications related to oilfield operations strongly preferred
• 2 years of field operator or lease operator experience in oil & gas, pipeline, or SWD operations
  
  

Other Requirements

• Willingness to work an 8/6 rotation schedule with split weeks, minimizing overtime
• Must be mechanically inclined, adaptable, and motivated to perform a variety of tasks
• No direct disposal operations, but must be capable of troubleshooting and communicating issues to maintenance teams
• Located in or willing to relocate to Williston, ND
