The Benz Shop in Glendale, AZ is looking for a full-time Service Advisor who is ready to take their career to the next level. If you love working with high-end vehicles and ensuring customers receive an exceptional service experience, this is the opportunity for you!

As our Service Advisor, you can expect to earn a competitive base salary of $100,000-$150,000 with a full commission system when the shops goals are met, giving you the potential to achieve financial success based on your skills and performance.

From diagnosing issues to presenting solutions, you take pride in delivering exceptional customer service that keeps clients coming back.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- 2 years of experience in an automotive service advisor role
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Consistent ability to grow with us
- Take accountability, the truth always comes out
- Great communication skills
- Having experience in a hospitality role is a plus!
- Proof of previous experience is a must
