Client Services Coordinator Responsibilities
- Schedule client meetings while managing calendars for various Wealth Advisors
- Proactively manage a high volume of outgoing calls
- Strive for a high success rate of connecting clients with advisor appointments
- Communicate with clients through various channels
- Promote Wealth Advisor services as solutions to client needs
- Screen feedback and requests from clients and communicate within the department to provide solutions
- Build and maintain close relationships with clients
- Review risk tolerance, beneficiaries, and client goals through phone meetings
- Attend client meetings to serve as a reference point for any administration questions
Qualities to Succeed in this Role
- The successful candidate enjoys working both independently (a self-starter) and collaboratively while exhibiting solid organizational skills, flexibility, time management, and attention to detail while working in a goal – orientated environment.
- The ideal candidate will be dependable, respectful, and consistently work to uphold company ethics and standards.
Education and Experience
- Prior administrative and client services experience within a professional organization using phones and computers as the primary job tools.
Full time hours. Monday-Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM.
