Role Description
We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Full-Time Mental Health Therapists to join our
team at the BTRC. As one of our therapists, you will play a vital role in providing individual,
group and couples therapy to clients enrolled in our programs. This position offers a flexible
hybrid working schedule with 2 days a week at our Bellevue office, competitive pay, and access
to a supportive and collaborative community of clinicians.
Pay Rate: $60-$107 per clinical hour starting (rate dependent on license level and certifications)
with additional pay for administrative time.

Qualifications
- Master's level degree or higher in a mental health-related field.
- 2 years of experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services to individuals across the lifespan, preferable in an outpatient setting.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.Proficiency in Mental Health, Social Work, and Case Management practices
- Valid Washington State License (LMHC, LMHCA, LMFTA, LPsy) and maintenance of professional licensure throughout employment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to deliver culturally competent and trauma-informed care
- Previous experience working with PTSD, trauma, and family systems preferred
Preferred Qualifications: Experience or interest in developing skills in areas such as
infidelity/betrayal trauma recovery, complex PTSD treatment, insecure attachment treatment, sex
therapy, couples therapy, sexual health, and treatment of sex addiction/problematic sexual
behaviors. Advanced training in an evidenced-based trauma therapy modality (ETT, EMDR,
brainspotting, CPT).
