Job Overview
This position will be for cases located in and around Arlington and at our clinic between the hours of 8:30-11:30, 12:30-3:30 and evening cases between the hours of 3:00-6:00PM. Must be available at least three evening shifts per week.
The Behavior Place LLC is growing! We are currently hiring RBT's (Applied Behavior Analysis - ABA) to provide in-home services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and/or related disorders in the Arlington area. RBTs manage a caseload of clients to be seen in their homes and are supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Most clients are seen before or after school, although there are opportunities for therapists to work weekends or during school hours.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
The Behavior Technician will assist supervisor to conduct assessments Collect data, including ABC data for FBA/BIPs Provide input for supervisor to develop goals and objectives based on evaluation and assessment results Provide therapeutic services, including ABA, Life Skills, Job Skills, and Social Skills instruction in the home, school and community, Ensure all documentation is accurate and timely, Complete thorough treatment notes immediately after session Graph client data Meet or exceed your company goal as identified upon hire Ensure clients are meeting or exceeding their goals or contact supervisor for assistance Determine goal acquisition utilizing objective data Ensure that services provided are consistent with the mission, vision and core values of the company Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:
- Experience working with children with special needs: 1 year (child care experience, teaching experience, pre-school experience)
- CPR Certified
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must be available 3:00-6:00 PM M-F
- Must be able to obtain Washington State Behavior Technician Licensure and Registered Behavior Technician Credential
