If you're a skilled BCBA looking to grow in a flexible, encouraging environment, wed love to connect.About the RoleWere looking for a dedicated BCBA to join our clinical team. Youll assess clients, design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate closely with families to help children succeed. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and opportunities for leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct behavioral assessments (e.g., FBAs, skill assessments)Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goalsTrain, supervise, and support behavior technicians (BTs and RBTs)Monitor client progress through data review and observationsLead caregiver training and provide ongoing family supportCollaborate with other professionals (teachers, therapists, etc.)Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with BACB standardsStay up to date with ABA best practices and contribute to team trainingWhat Were Looking ForRequired:Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldActive BCBA certification2 years of experience with autism and developmental disabilitiesStrong communication, leadership, and time-management skillsComfortable working in various settings (home, school, community, clinic)Proficient with electronic data collection and reporting systemsPreferred:Experience supervising RBTs or BTsBilingual in English and SpanishWork EnvironmentFlexible scheduling - set your own hoursWeekly case consultation and team supportServices provided in a variety of settings (in-home, in-clinic, in-school, telehealth)Occasional evening or weekend availability for family training may be requiredPhysical activity required (e.g., sitting on the floor, kneeling, standing)Why Join Us?At The Behavior Lab, we believe work should be meaningful and enjoyable.
