What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician (CBT, RBT) position at The Behavior Business LLC?
We are looking for someone that has time over the summer and other school breaks. This would be perfect for a school BT or Para, who is off over the summer and wants to work more hours. We always have extra client hours during this time and could use the help. This also applies to spring break, midwinter break, etc. We also have plenty of after school hours for anyone looking for extra hours during the school year.
Education, Training, and Experience:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- CBT license is required prior to starting
- Possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
Other Requirements:
- Successful completion of criminal history background check
- Negative TB test prior to starting with clients
- CPR Certification
Job Duties:
- Run skill acquisition programs with clients
- Complete notes daily
- Collect data and graph data as instructed using Google Sheets/Google Forms
- Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients according to HIPAA and Washington state law.
- Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions
- Other job duties as assigned by supervisor
- Travel weekly around the Lynnwood area
Typical start time:
- 4 PM
Typical end time:
- 6 PM
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
License/Certification:
- CBT License with the state of Washington (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
