This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Yonkers, NY. The BCBA will develop and oversee ABA therapy programs, conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and provide direct supervision to behavior technicians. The role also involves training caregivers, monitoring progress, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to each child’s unique needs. Collaboration with families, teachers, and other professionals is integral to foster comprehensive, holistic support for the children served.
- Expertise in ABA Therapy, including developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans and conducting functional behavior assessments.
- Strong skills in supervision, mentorship, and training of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or other clinical team members.
- Proficiency in evaluating progress through data collection and analysis for program adjustments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with families, educators, and other stakeholders.
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and current licensure in the state of New York.
- Experience working with children with autism, ADHD, or other developmental challenges is highly preferred.
- Commitment to compassionate, ethical, and person-centered care that aligns with evidence-based practices.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
