This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of something special. We’re looking for energetic, hospitality-driven Servers/Bartenders who want to help shape the future of Beerded Goat and grow with us as we level up.
What You’ll Do
- Serve our house-brewed beer, craft cocktails, wine, and spirits with confidence and care
- Create a warm, welcoming, unforgettable experience for every guest
- Share your knowledge (and enthusiasm!) about our beers and beverages
- Work closely with FOH and BOH teammates to keep service smooth and stress-free
- Handle orders and transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous serving or bar experience preferred (but personality and drive matter most)
- A genuine love for hospitality, people, and great drinks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-first attitude — no egos here
- Someone eager to learn, grow, and help build a supportive, fun workplace culture
