We are seeking a customer service-oriented, experienced, and organized front of the house manager to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in handling the day-to-day operations of the bar and serving staff. You will supervise, train, and schedule employees. You will ensure all health and safety procedures are met, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Create bartender and employee schedules
- Mix drinks, pour and serve wine, beer, and other beverages as needed
- Recruit, train, and supervise new bar and wait staff
- Handle paperwork and other simple administrative duties
- Maintain stock levels and order supplies when necessary
- Address customer inquiries and complaints
- Handle complaints, conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant employees
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Pay rate based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
