The Role: VDC Manager
As a VDC Manager, you will have a transformative impact on Tampa’s evolving skyline. Leading long-term, pivotal projects, your strategic vision and managerial expertise will drive significant achievements in the region. Your role is integral in guiding our mission to create landmark projects that symbolize our collective effort and dedication.
In this leadership position, you will inspire and manage a team of VDC professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Your approach balances team synergy with individual empowerment, aligning with our core values and strategic goals.

Physical Demands
Frequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office. Moving outdoors on uneven surfaces will be required on project sites. Frequently ascends/descends ladders and stairs. Frequently lift, move, carry, and operate equipment in excess of 50 lbs. Frequently operates a computer and other office/VDC equipment. Ability to adhere to timely and consistent attendance to jobsites. Will require travel and co/location per project. Ability to work night shifts and/or Saturdays when needed per project requirements. Will be required to occasionally travel to our other office locations.
