We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated Medical Aesthetic Provider who thrives in both client-facing care and leadership. Position Summary:

The Medical Aesthetic Provider plays a critical role in both client experience and clinical excellence. This position is responsible for conducting comprehensive consultations, educating clients on treatment options, and creating personalized treatment plans aligned with each client’s aesthetic and wellness goals.

The ideal candidate is confident performing a wide range of advanced aesthetic services while actively supporting treatment plans, memberships, and home care recommendations to enhance long-term results. This provider demonstrates exceptional clinical skill, strong communication, professionalism, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough in-person and virtual consultations
• Client Consultations & Education
• Assess client concerns, goals, and medical history
• Educate clients on available treatments including injectables, laser therapies, and wellness services
• Develop customized treatment plans with realistic expectations
• Utilize clinic systems and tools to ensure comprehensive service recommendations

Perform services including but not limited to:

• Neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Laser resurfacing and laser hair removal
• Additional aesthetic and regenerative treatments based on training and clinic offerings
• Deliver treatments with the highest standards of safety, precision, and professionalism

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Recommend and promote all services offered by The Beauty Method including aesthetic, wellness, body, retail, and memberships
• Educate clients on package options and long-term treatment plans
• Achieve or exceed monthly service and retail production goals
• Participate in promotions, marketing events, and product launches

Client Experience & Retention

• Build long-term client relationships through personalized care
• Provide post-treatment follow-up to ensure satisfaction
• Deliver a luxury, concierge-level experience
• Present clear quotes and treatment recommendations

Charting & Compliance

• Accurately document all treatments and interactions in EMR
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to Arizona state regulations
• Follow all clinic protocols and safety standards
• Maintain active licensure and continuing education

Team Collaboration & Growth

• Collaborate with the medical director, leadership, front office, and marketing team
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and performance reviews
• Invest in continued skill development
• Demonstrate ongoing growth in clinical outcomes and production

Business Development & Community Engagement

• Represent The Beauty Method at networking and community events
• Support referral programs and brand awareness initiatives
• Participate in social media content creation per clinic policy

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Arizona RN, NP, or PA license
• Minimum 3-4 years of aesthetic experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and advanced treatment protocols
• Experience with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and laser devices preferred
• Proven ability to build clientele and meet production goals
• Professional, polished, and team-oriented
• Excellent communication and consultation skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
