We are seeking a dynamic team leader for our School Director position!
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee daily operations and school activities of school personnel in admissions, education, student services, front desk and administration.
- Provide leadership through strong team structure and communication
- Ensure that the education curriculum is implemented consistently
- Maintain and improve student attendance and retention
- Motivate team members through recognition and career development
- Achieve school goals and establish specific targets for budgeted student starts and placements
- Reports to the corporate office weekly on all school activity
Qualifications:
- With 3-5 years of related experience
- Demonstrate proficiency in leadership and management
- Ability to train and motivate team members with respect, recognition and appreciation
- Willing to learn and exemplify The Beauty Institute culture, mission and vision
- Be a team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Preferably with Bachelor Degree
- Previous school experience preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
