The Beauty Institute - Stroudsburg is currently looking to add to our team at our campus in Stroudsburg, PA. The right candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude and be a team player. As the first face seen when anyone comes through our doors, we look to our Guest Services Associate to continually be proactive in creating a pleasant atmosphere. The goal is to always maintain a positive environment for our students, teachers and clients.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greet Clients
- Schedule Appointments
- Book clients to achieve salon goals
- Build and Maintain client relations through excellent customer service and promotion
- Handle Client Check-Ins and Check-Outs
- Answer Phones
- Assist with Inventory and Placing Orders
- Maintain a pleasant environment for students, teachers, and clients
- Generate Daily Reports
