What You’ll Do:- Oversee daily school operations across admissions, education, student services, front desk, and administration
- Provide strong leadership through structured team support and communication
- Ensure the consistent implementation of our education curriculum
- Maintain and improve student attendance and retention
- Motivate and empower team members through recognition and career development
- Set and achieve strategic goals for student enrollment and job placements
- Report weekly to the corporate office on school performance and progress
- 3 years of leadership or management experience (education industry preferred but not required)
- Ability to train, mentor, and inspire a team with respect and appreciation
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities
- Willingness to embrace and exemplify The Beauty Institute’s culture, mission, and vision
- Previous school experience is a plus but not required
