The Beauty Fix Med Spa is a boutique, results-driven practice specializing in advanced facial balancing, regenerative aesthetics, and biologics. We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector who is confident in core injectable services and excited to refine their skill set within the Beauty Fix way.
Position Overview
The Aesthetic Nurse Injector will independently perform aesthetic injectable treatments while collaborating closely with the medical director and lead injector. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, coachable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within an advanced, biologics-forward practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform neuromodulator (Botox®) and dermal filler treatments safely and effectively
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and facial assessments
- Develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and facial harmony
- Maintain exceptional standards for patient safety, documentation, and consent
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and case reviews
- Assist with follow-ups, touch-ups, and patient education
- Adhere to all clinical protocols, SOPs, and compliance standards
- Represent The Beauty Fix brand with professionalism and integrity
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona (FNP-C welcome)
- 2 years of hands-on injectable experience (Botox and dermal fillers)
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection safety
- Ability to work independently while remaining receptive to mentorship
- Excellent communication, bedside manner, and patient rapport
- Strong attention to detail in charting, photography, and treatment planning
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience or interest in biologics / regenerative aesthetics (PRF, adipose-based treatments, advanced skin quality treatments)
- Comfort with or openness to advanced techniques and ultrasound-guided assessment
- Desire to refine facial balancing, structure, and natural-looking outcomes
- Interest in long-term growth within a high-level aesthetic practice
