We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Extension Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Eyelash Specialist will play a key role in enhancing our clients' beauty experience while promoting our services effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality eyelash extension applications tailored to individual client preferences.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with industry standards.
- Educate clients on aftercare for eyelash extensions and other beauty services.
- Manage appointments using salon software such as Vagaro.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Promote additional services such as facial, body waxing, etc.. through effective upselling techniques.
- Engage in social media management to showcase work and attract new clients.
- Conduct product demos and provide recommendations for retail sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent guest services and overall client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty treatments.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license, esthetician license or relevant certification is required.
- Proven experience in eyelash extensions.
- Familiarity with sanitation practices and safety protocols within a salon or med spa environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality is preferred.
