• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes.
• Prepare ingredients dough, sauces, toppings etc multiple times throughout the week keeping items fresh.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, respectful, upbeat demeanor and drive for success.
• Absolute ability to listen to Ownership at all times executing instructions.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Valid ServSafe certification or equivalent required.
• Roll, stretch, and shape dough to create pizzas.
• Exceptional knife skills, slicing, dicing, chopping etc.
• Ability to use a meat/deli slicer proficiently.
• Assemble and cook pizzas in ovens, ensuring proper temperature and timing.
• Assemble appetizers, salads, grinders, desserts etc.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to meet standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
• Follow direction, lead and instructions from Ownership in all aspects.
• Assist Ownership when needed and instructed.
• Collaboration with other team members to ensure timely order preparation.
• Cell phone use during work hours strictly reduced and or restricted
• Previous experience as a pizza maker cook pizzaiolo is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to train team members in all aspects of kitchen operations.
• Must be able to safely lift 50-100lbs.
• Strong attention to detail delivering delicious food to our beloved guests
• Consistency in food preparation.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Availability and willingness to work nights, weekends and have flexibility as necessitated by needs of the business.
• Availability for a 6 (six) day work week.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Have reliable transportation or means to arrive in a timely manner for each scheduled shift.
• Perform end of night cleaning duties maintaining kitchen cleanliness at all times including but not limited to dish washing, sweeping, mopping etc.
• Authorized to work in The United States of America, ability to pass a background check. No relocation assistance provided. Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Compensation commensurate with experience at very competitive rates.
