PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
- Fulfillment - selecting, packing and shipping customer orders, primarily B2C, with some B2B
- Management of warehouse staff - scheduling shifts, motivating, monitoring and setting goals alongside management to insure fulfillment of all orders
- Program management including NetSuite, ShipStation, UPS WorldShip, B2B including True Commerce. This requires a tech savvy person who is familiar and comfortable with various programs and capable of learning and adjusting to tech updates.
- Analysis of all warehouse processes to improve efficiencies, including pricing, operations and supply management
- Prepare all shipments for the day, including printing labels, analyzing volumes to prioritize
- Create reporting for efficiency analysis with management
- Daily communication with management
- Stay up to date on industry standards and make recommendations when necessary to improve
Requirements
Bachelors degree or sufficient relevant experience
Management experience
Warehouse experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ABILITIES
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
