What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent - Hotel/Motel-Seasonal position at The Beach House Motel?
Come join us at The Beach House, a newly remodeled, 24-room motel in Wildwood, NJ located just steps from the beach and the historic Wildwood Boardwalk!
We are open year round and can offer both part-time or full-time hours, seasonal or year round.
Duties include:
- Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner
- Check guests in, issue room keys, provide information on motel services and amenities and information on the surrounding area and events
- Ensure that required identification and payment information is taken from guests at check-in
- Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner
- Respond efficiently to guest complaints, special requests and take immediate action to ensure guest satisfaction
- Accurately process daily cash and credit card transactions using established procedures
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
