POSITION SUMMARY
Provide the highest level of quality and service to our guests in an incredible friendly atmosphere. Act as the first point of
contact for guests as they arrive at the restaurant and assist them with parking their cars.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Assist guests with parking and retrieving their cars as they arrive and depart from the restaurant.
Greet guests within 2 minutes of arrival and departure and offer a sincere farewell to all guests.
Retrieve guests' cars within 8 minutes from request.
Answer questions regarding restaurant hours of operations, menu items, and assist guests with any other requests as
needed.
Inform all guests of parking policy and procedures as they arrive.
Be able to multi-task between assisting guests as they arrive and depart.
Drive all vehicles with care and caution.
Ensure that all personal items go untouched.
Remove all parking tags from vehicle prior to departure.
Effective organize guests' vehicles in the parking areas.
Must be dependable, report to work as scheduled and on time, and follow all policies regarding attendance.
