Bartender / Bar Manager (Hands-On Leader)
We’re looking for someone who can run the bar and rock the bar. This is a hands-on role for a strong bartender who can lead a team, keep the energy high, and make sure everything behind the scenes runs just as smooth as what the guests see.
If you can craft inspiring cocktails during dinner and still sling drinks during a packed live music show, all while keeping your team dialed in, and still stay on top of inventory, ordering, and schedules—this is your spot.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Jump behind the bar and lead from the front—fast, consistent, and guest-focused
- Create a fun, high-energy atmosphere that matches our live music BBQ vibe
- Build and manage the bar schedule so we’re always staffed right (no holes, no chaos)
- Hire, train, and coach bartenders to keep the team sharp and accountable
- Handle inventory, weekly counts, and ordering (liquor, beer, wine, mixers, fruit, etc.)
- Keep costs in line—know your numbers and manage waste
- Make sure the bar is clean, stocked, and set up for success every shift
- Enforce standards—ID checks, safety, and doing things the right way every time
- Work with ownership/management on drink features, specials, and ways to drive sales
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong bartender who can handle volume and still keep it fun
- Someone who leads by example—not from the sidelines
- Organized, reliable, and not afraid to hold people accountable
- Experience with scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
- Team player with a “let’s win the night” mindset
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
