Financial Operations Analyst

Overview:
Seeking a Financial Ops Analyst to join a fast-paced financial services team supporting the client account onboarding and operational process. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working across several teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the client account onboarding and account maintenance process
- Manage incoming requests and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Research and resolve operational issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (can include good internships)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- SQL experience helpful but not required
- Strong client-service mindset and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
