What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Associate position at The Bay Company?
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team in as a retail associate. Responsibilities include processing retail sales transactions, assisting with inventory management by maintaining stock levels, receiving and organizing freight shipments, and assisting with ordering. The position also involves answering and transferring phone calls, assisting customers with product questions, and preparing outgoing order shipments. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support the day-to-day operations of the store.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in customer service and handling money, along with a willingness to learn and develop an in-depth understanding of our products. Knowledge or experience in marine retail is preferred but not required. Applicants must also be able to lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds or more.

Pay: $17.23 - $19.14 per hour
