Job Overview
We are looking for a qualified Softball Instructor to join a rapidly growing Training Facility. Instructor will be comfortable training kids ages 4-18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive softball training tailored to various skill levels and age groups
- Lead practice sessions, drills, and game strategies that promote teamwork, skill development, and sportsmanship
- Monitor athlete performance, provide constructive feedback, and motivate players to improve their techniques
- Ensure all activities adhere to safety protocols
- Foster a positive team environment by managing behavior, encouraging respect among players, and promoting a fun yet disciplined atmosphere
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and participants regarding progress, schedules, and upcoming events
- Collaborate with other coaches or instructors to enhance training programs and organize team practices.
Requirements
- Prior experience playing Softball on a high level.
- Strong knowledge of softball techniques, rules, and game strategies
- Demonstrated ability to work with children and youth in a coaching or educational setting
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with players, parents, and team members
You set your own Hours and Rates.
Pay: $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per week
