What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coding Specialist – Affinity Health Group position at THE BATON ROUGE CLINIC AMC?
Experienced Certified Professional Coder needed to work closely with medical staff and reimbursement department in CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding of services performed by the providers in a multi-specialty clinic setting. This position will abstract medical records to identify specific clinical findings to support existing CPT, ICD-10 and HCPCS codes or substantiate listing additional CPT ICD-10 and HCPCS as supported in the medical record. The position will perform other duties as assigned by management. Not a Remote Position.
