We are a growing bathroom showroom in Miami doing $2.4 million in annual revenue with under 10 staff. We are a Colombian-owned company and Spanish fluency is essential for this role.
We currently use multiple disconnected tools — GoHighLevel, Shopify, Stocky, email, and a regular phone line — and we need someone to consolidate everything into one clean, integrated system.
What You Will Do:
Audit our current workflow across all tools. Select and implement the right CRM that integrates with Shopify, our phone system, and accounting software. Migrate all client data cleanly. Set up integrations so everything talks to each other. Train our staff on the new system so they actually use it. Build core operational systems and processes. Document everything so the business runs without depending on one person.
You Are The Right Person If:
You are fluent in Spanish. You are comfortable using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to research and solve problems. You have experience setting up CRM systems for small retail or service businesses. You are detail oriented and can explain technical things simply to non-technical staff. You are based in Miami and can work on site with our team.
This Is A Contract Role: Timeline 4 to 8 weeks. Budget $4,000 to $6,000.
