The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing resident care, treatments and medications, under the direction of the Director of Nursing and the Nursing Supervisor, to meet standards of accrediting and regulatory bodies, and professional standards of care.

SCHEDULE:
- Full Time Night Shift:
- Monday - Friday: 3pm - 11pm
- on Fridays till 7:30pm!
- Monday - Friday: 3pm - 11pm
JOB QUALIFICATIONS & ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Indiana.
- Previous experience in senior care or a related healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
