The BarnYard Pet Ranch, the area’s premier pet care business, is looking for a high-energy, polished individual to join our team as a full-time Assistant Front Desk Manager.
We’re family-owned and operated and have been providing superior pet care since 2010. We offer high-quality services including pet lodging, fun doggie daycare, and professional bathing services.

Duties
- Work at and oversee front desk operations, including client arrival and departure procedures, accurate documentation, and pet information
- Oversee the interviewing and training of new front desk/reception staff
- Manage and provide performance feedback for front desk/reception staff
- Resolve any dog and client issues in a positive, professional manner
- Develop and continually review/update department procedures
- Ensure all staff members are practicing current department procedures
- Maintain inventory of lobby and other departments as needed
- Assist in other pet care departments when needed
- Review and address any Open Invoices
- Monitor list of VIP Lodging and Daycare clients
- Review invoices for accuracy
- Assist with staff scheduling

Candidates who would be successful in this position may have previous experience as a hotel front desk manager, customer service manager, sales manager, reservations manager, or guest experience manager. Candidates with a strong record of management success in alternate fields may also be considered.
