What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or CDA (Highly Preferred)
- State of Idaho Background Check
- Pediatric CPR & First Aid Certified (Safety first!)
- Passion for Early Childhood Development
- IdahoSTARS Registration within 90 days of employment
A Day in the Life of a Barnyard Teacher:
Planning & teaching engaging curriculum
Observing and documenting milestones (Because every achievement is a big deal!)
✂Creating & supervising crafts and activities
Helping with meals (and the occasional “mystery stain” cleanup)
Keeping classrooms clean and organized
Diaper duty & bathroom assistance (a necessary part of the adventure!)
Ensuring safety at all times
Communicating with parents, teammates, and, most importantly, our tiny VIPs!
