What You’ll Do:
As Salon Leader, you’ll guide the team, grow the business, and set the standard for performance and professionalism in your salon. You’ll:
- Keep daily operations smooth, structured, and stylish
- Inspire, coach, and support your team to shine
- Lead goal-setting, track performance, and celebrate wins
- Manage customer service, product orders, scheduling, and compliance
- Handle recruiting, onboarding, training, and team development
- Create a fun, clean, welcoming vibe that keeps guests coming back
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have a current cosmetology license and salon experience
- Are a confident communicator and natural motivator
- Know your way around a color bowl and a back bar order
- Can balance schedules, sales, and staff with ease
- Love helping others grow and succeed
- Are positive, proactive, and team-focused
- Thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Minimum Requirements:
- Must work at least 75 hours per pay period in-salon
- Occasional travel for leadership meetings/training
