What are the responsibilities and job description for the Party Host Team Member position at The Barn Yard?
PARTY HOST
Days:
- Saturday/Sunday - Must be able to work at least 2 weekends a month
Length of Shift:
- Saturday: About 4-8 hours between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Sunday: About 4-8 hours between 9:30 AM and 7:30 PM.
Tasks:
- Our Party Hosts are responsible for helping guide our families through their party by managing time, helping with different tasks, and other host responsibilities
- Must have good time management skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- May be scheduled to work during special events
- May be required to work “Barn Hand” shifts as needed
- Must be able to carry 50lbs
Pay & Benefits:
- $15 an hour TIPS (gratuity is not automatic - but is encouraged)
