Duties
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Assist with menu planning by providing input on ingredient selection and preparation techniques.
- Follow food safety management protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen tools through regular cleaning routines.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards in production processes to prevent accidents or contamination.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations from prep to plating.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is highly preferred but not needed. Willing to train at the job.
- Energic to learn with a tight knit team.
- Proven culinary experience with knowledge of food industry best practices.
- Strong background in food handling, safety standards, and food safety management systems.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
