Job Description
Our 2026 wedding season is in full swing, and we are looking for one or two trustworthy, dependable team members to help oversee venue operations during wedding weekends.
This role is responsible for opening and closing buildings, answering questions, assisting guests and vendors, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the wedding weekend. The ideal person is detail-oriented, observant, and comfortable taking initiative when needs arise, while maintaining a calm and welcoming presence for guests.
Our venue is located in Cushing, MN, so we are seeking someone local to the area.
Schedule Requirements
Must be available to work:
Friday: 8:30 am – 1:30 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Typically 1–2 weekends per month during our wedding season (May–October).
Additional Saturday shifts may also be available:
Saturday: 2:00 pm – Midnight
Training is provided, so prior venue experience is not required.
Responsibilities
Assist with opening and closing buildings
Support Friday–Saturday wedding operations
Answer guest and vendor questions in a friendly and professional manner
Monitor venue spaces and assist as needs arise
Help create a welcoming, organized, and positive environment
Address guest needs promptly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience
Take initiative to notice details and maintain the high standards of the venue
