Respected Ramona-based dog rescue seeks an on-site, live-in, full-time Ranch Manager/Kennel Attendant looking to make the difference in the lives of our Temporary Barkers. Successful candidates will provide all levels of dog care support including; cleaning kennels, feeding, bathing, exercising, administering medication, feeding and handling pigs and goats, maintaining the property, overseeing and executing projects. The Kennel Attendant will supervise and/or direct dog rescue volunteers. The experience of working with the dogs at The Barking Lot is extremely rewarding. The job requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. alone and heavier objects with use of hand truck or with other workers. Knowledge/experience in working with dogs and/or veterinary technician skills is/are helpful, but not required. Successful candidates bring:
